hughes & hughes riesling has become something that we've got a very specific sort of house style for, based on those more Germanic influences where we're always playing with the balance between sugar and acidity to find something that promotes the fruit in the wine, the texture in the wine, and is really a versatile style of Riesling. Sothere will always be that play off between the sugar and the acid.
