Mewstone featured in CNA Luxury’s Tasmanian Chardonnay story
We were pleased to welcome wine writer Nimmi Malhotra to Mewstone earlier this year and share a little of what makes our corner of southern Tasmania special.
Writing for CNA Luxury, Nimmi explores the growing international interest in Tasmanian Chardonnay, visiting Mewstone alongside fellow producers Tolpuddle and Stargazer.
Here in Flowerpot, Jonny spoke about the influence of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel on our vineyard. Sea breezes, a long growing season and naturally low yields help shape the intensity and freshness of our estate-grown Chardonnay.
It’s lovely to see Tasmania’s wines getting this attention, and our small coastal vineyard included in the story.
