Born from adversity, our vermouth is a testament to resilience. The devastating smoke taint of the 2019 vintage inspired us to repurpose what would have been lost wine. By infusing it with native botanicals, local honey, and wormwood, we created a complex vermouth perfect for both classic cocktails like the Negroni but also sipping as a digestive.
